Thank you for supporting Netty’s Pool of Designz LLC. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 
Digital Products (Downloads & Files)
All digital products—including but not limited to digital stickers, planners, printables, PDFs, books, and downloadable content—are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

This includes purchases made through:

Ko-fi
Payhip
Direct links from our website
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Incompatibility with your device or software
Failure to read the product description
 
Exceptions (When a Refund or Replacement May Be Considered)
We want you to have a good experience. A refund or replacement may be considered in the following cases:

The file is corrupted or will not download
You received the wrong file
There is a verified technical issue on our end
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

Your order confirmation
A description of the issue
Screenshots if applicable
We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a corrected or replacement file.

 
Books & Written Content
Digital books, chapters, and written works are treated as digital products and follow the same no-refund policy once accessed or downloaded.

 
Platform Policies
Purchases are processed securely through third-party platforms such as Ko-fi and Payhip. Any payment disputes or chargebacks may also be subject to those platforms’ policies in addition to this one.
